  1. It was a great shock to my husband and myself when we heard about the Steiner program closing at FCP. Our grandson (year 4) has greatly benefitted from his time there and his reading, english & maths skills are progressing very well. The music program is exceptionally good, and he enjoys opportunities for sport, craft, drama that are offered in the steiner program.

  2. I was shocked to hear about this outrageous turn of events. One has come to accept complete disregard if not outright contempt from government for its constituency, but would expect a greater degree of consideration for children. Or is the contempt greater simply because children cannot express the impact on their lives of decisions such as this with a vote?

    • We feel very sad that this has happened. We have had the good fortune to have an amazing teacher for the last 5 years. My children are articulate, confident and can read and write very well. Amazing!?
